Thursday 27th May, David Green - or 'DG' as regular listeners will know him - spent an afternoon in Easingwold Market Place offering to 'Double Your Pay In May' as he broadcasted his afternoon show from inside 'James', the official 104.7 Minster FM bus.
This popular cash giveaway game ran all through May and during the month saw 104.7 Minster FM give away many cash prizes to listeners who came down to meet David and try their luck at the game. Although there were no winners in Easingwold on the day, a steady stream of locals, holiday makers and even bus drivers queued up to try their luck!
Stephensons was very proud to again be working with the area's number one commercial radio station, and a great day was had by all involved!
